In what cities do you provide assembly services?

We provide assembly services in North Georgia and Central and South Florida. Our primary service areas in Georgia includes: Winder, Alpharetta, Gainesville, Tucker, Decatur, Lithonia, Braselton, Buford, Stone Mountain, Suwanee, Duluth, Monroe, Lilburn, Snellville, Loganville, Cumming, Roswell, Milton, Johns creek, Kennesaw, Marietta, Acworth, Smyrna, Mableton, Jefferson, Commerce, and Atlanta. For Central and South Florida the primary areas we service are: Tampa, Tampa Bay, Trinity, Carolwood, New Port Richey, Port Richey, Hudson, Citrus Park, Westley Chapel, Land O Lakes, West Chase, Odessa, South Miami, Miami, Coral Springs, Ft. Laurderdale, Davie, Weston, Pembroke Pines, and South Parts of West Palm Beach.

What is RTA item?

It’s Ready-To-Assemble furniture or gym equipment.

This furniture or equipment requires assembly after it has been purchased. Ready-to-assemble furniture saves the retailer - and you the customer - the high cost of shipping pre-assembled furniture.

Will CJ's Assembly work with Ready-To-Assemble furniture from any store?

Yes! We will assemble any item from any local or on-line retailer. Once you purchase your items and have a delivery date, simply Contact Us and we will schedule a convenient date and time for service at your residence or business.

Will the assembly technician take my empty boxes or packaging away?

Yes! We will be happy to remove any empty boxes or packaging to your outdoor trash area for pick-up or dispose of them for an additional fee.

Does CJ's Assembly accept checks?

Yes! For your convenience, we accept payment by cash, business check, money order, personal checks and we also accept all major credit cards. Contact Us for more details.

Questions about Assembly:

How long will the assembly take?

It all depends on what item(s) you have purchased. The typical time frame is between 1 and 4 hours please speak to your technician to give you an estimate depending on your item. You can also contact us so we can provide you with an estimated time frame before you get the item.

What if the CJ's Assembly discovers parts missing or defective?

The CJ's Assembly technician will assist you in contacting the manufacturer or retailer customer service department in the event a part is missing or defective. The replacement part should be sent directly to you, at which time you can reschedule our services for an additional Fee.

Will the assembly technician move my item for me?

If item was delivered by another company, we ask that you have your item delivered to the room you would like it in prior to our assembly technician’s arrival. Please make sure there is plenty of room for the assembly and/or installation and that any fragile objects are removed from the area. We will also move the item for you for an additional charge.

Important Note:

Inground Basketball goal installations: It is required by the federal government that before any digging in the United States, the home owner must have all utilities marked. It is a free service by calling 811. The home owner must do this process as 811 will ask personal information about the property. Once you receive the confirmation number from 811 you may contact us and we can start the installation process. Also if you live in a community with a homeowners association please get approval before any in ground or portable basketball goal installation. It could save you Time and Money!

Questions about Repairs:

Will CJ's Assembly help me with non warranty repairs on my Elliptical or Treadmill?

CJ's Assembly will help in all kinds of repairs whether is under warranty or out of warranty, contact us to arrange your specific case. If it is under warranty we will need to arrange the right documentations and specific procedures from the manufacturer in order for the cost to be covered by the manufacturer, in most cases we can take care of that process for you.

What type of products does CJ's Assembly have available for purchase?

CJ's Assembly has most parts needed for your electrical gym equipment from most manufacturers at better prices than most retailers. Please give us a call to get a quote on your part for your Elliptical, Treadmill, Exercise Bicycle and more.

CJ's Assembly is an authorized dealer for First Team basketball goals. Contact us for more information about the different options we have available for you, including professional sizes, custom colors on nets and bumps, custom name and/or logo, materials, and more. You can purchase one for your home, or several for schools or colleges. Special pricing available if you purchase and install with us!
